Wilson Culinary Solutions LLC was founded by Chef Nishia, a culinary school graduate with a professional certification in the culinary arts. Based in Houston, Texas, the company was built on a mission to bring professional-grade culinary services to the institutions and individuals who need them most.
Chef Nishia brings a diverse and specialized skill set to every service — including a strong background in plant-based meal preparation, baking, and years of experience cooking in a hospital environment for patients with special dietary needs. That depth of knowledge means every menu is crafted with both flavor and nutritional purpose in mind.
From daily meal delivery programs to school catering, senior dining, group homes, and intimate private events, Wilson Culinary Solutions tailors every menu to the specific needs, dietary requirements, and preferences of the people we serve. We are also proud to assist families in need and individuals with special needs through government benefits meal providing programs.
